For US orders, we ship via UPS. For international orders, we ship via DHL Express.
How much does shipping cost in the US?Updated 6 months ago
Standard US Shipping: We offer free standard ground shipping on any order if you are an MZW Rewards Member in the continental US, Alaska and Hawaii, US Territories and Puerto Rico.
Within the continental US, if you are not logged into your account, orders will be charged $10 for ground shipping.
Orders generally ship the next business day. We do not guarantee an arrival date, but suggest allowing 5-7 business days for delivery.
Expedited US Shipping: We offer flat-rate shipping costs for all orders. Orders shipped via 2 Day incur a flat rate of $20. Orders shipped via Overnight incur a flat rate of $30. Orders received before 12pm ET generally ship the same day; orders received after 12pm ET generally ship the following business day.

We’re excited to offer free standard shipping on minimum orders (minimum prices vary by country). International orders are shipped via DHL Express at this time.
Flat-rate standard shipping to our international destinations is also available.
The cost of international shipping includes any applicable duties and taxes for the destination country — the price provided at checkout is the final and total cost of the order. Please allow 7 – 10 business days for shipping, depending on destination country.
Order will be processed* in 1-2 business days, after your order has been placed. This excludes weekends and holidays. Allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

International shipping is free on orders over $195 USD, after all applicable discounts and before any tax and shipping charges are applied. International orders are shipped with DHL Express (unless other noted at checkout). Shipping times will vary based on country and product selection.

When will I receive an email with shipping details and order confirmation?Updated 2 months ago
You will receive an order confirmation email once your order has been processed and accepted by our warehouse. You will receive a second email with your tracking information once your item ships.
Orders of in-stock merchandise placed before the 12:00pm ET deadline will generally ship out within one business day. Due to high volume during the sale period, UPS Ground and Home Delivery purchases can take up to 5 business days for the order to be processed and shipped.
Orders of in-stock merchandise placed with expedited shipping to US locations will be shipped within the same business day if received and authorized before 12:00pm ET. If you place the order after that time, the order will ship out the next business day excluding federal holidays or in the event the warehouse is closed.
Orders with pre-ordered merchandise will ship by the estimated ship date noted on the corresponding product page. If a pre-ordered item and an in-stock item were purchased on the same order, both items will ship together once the pre-ordered item is available.
